I could theoretically disconnect the pc from domain. My current suspect is fact, that computer is connected to no longer existing domain, which I do not know how to confirm.
Tried turning on the verbose logon messages ( ). I started by checking list of apps running in the background - nothing unusual. Interestingly, sometimes it takes only 30 seconds. I have replicated the issue, and in fact, it takes ~3-5 minutes to shutdown or restart from idle state. It runs W10圆4 build 1803 installed on Samsung 860 pro SSD. The problem here is, that restart or reboot is taking “very long” time. Recently I got a Dell Latitude e7440 ultrabook in my hands to fix.
